RULES AND REGULATIONS
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Highlife Tour is not a race or competition.
2. Participants must not compete with each other or place bets related to the event. Safe driving in accordance with all road laws is mandatory.
3. Participation in the tour signifies acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.
AGE REQUIREMENT
- Participants must be at least 23 years old by the start of the tour.
LICENSE AND PASSPORT
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license and a current passport with the necessary visas for all countries visited are required.
INSURANCE
1. Participants must obtain third-party motor liability insurance and travel insurance that includes medical expenses and personal liability.
2. Proof of insurance must be provided before the start of the tour.
ENTRY FEE
1. The entry fee will be discussed during a Zoom call with the organizers.
2. The fee covers all aspects of participation, including fuel and the vehicles used during the tour. The package price may be reduced if participants bring their own vehicles.
3. Payment details, including the downpayment and full fee deadlines, will be communicated privately.
REFUNDS
1. Withdrawal from the tour up to a certain point will allow for a partial refund if the full fee has been paid.
2. No refunds will be available after a certain point before the tour begins.
TRANSFER OF ENTRY FEE
1. The entry fee is non-transferable to future events.
2. If you need to transfer your place to another individual, this must be approved by the organizers within a specified period before the tour begins.
UNAUTHORIZED PARTICIPANTS
1. Only those registered as drivers or co-drivers are permitted to participate.
2. Any unauthorized participants will incur additional charges.
PERSONAL EXPENSES
- The entry fee covers all major expenses related to participation, including fuel and vehicles. Participants are responsible for any additional personal expenses, such as fines or damage caused to venues or accommodations.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
1. The entry fee includes one hotel room per team for each night of the tour.
2. If participants require an additional room, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
COMPLIANCE
- Participants must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in the countries visited during the tour.
RESPONSIBILITY
1. The organizers are not responsible for any issues related to entry or exit from countries on the route or for any damage to vehicles.
2. Participants must ensure their vehicles comply with local laws and regulations if they bring their own.
CONDUCT
- Participants must respect the rules of the hotels and venues visited during the tour.
INTOXICATING SUBSTANCES
1. Alcohol consumption while driving is strictly prohibited.
2. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in immediate disqualification from the tour.
SAFETY
- Participants must not drive if they are unfit due to illness, fatigue, or any other condition that may impair their ability to drive safely.
INDEMNITY
- Participants agree to indemnify the organizers against any claims arising from their participation in the tour.
FORCE MAJEURE
- The organizers are not responsible for any events beyond their control, including natural disasters, legal restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
LOGOS AND BRANDING
1. Participants must display the official event decals on their vehicles as provided by the organizers.
2. Personal sponsorship logos are allowed only with prior written consent from the organizers.
UNAUTHORIZED SPONSORSHIP
1. Vehicles with unauthorized sponsorship branding will be required to remove such branding or face disqualification from the tour.
2. Unauthorized branding will be removed by the organizers without notice.
COPYING THE EVENT
- Participants agree not to organize or fund any similar event that replicates the unique features of Highlife Tour.
VIOLATION OF RULES
- Violations of these rules may result in disqualification from the tour.
REFUSAL
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or participation at any time without providing a reason.
IMAGE RIGHTS
1. Participants consent to being photographed and filmed during the tour.
2. The organizers may use participants' images for promotional purposes without any compensation.
PERSONAL FILMING
1. Participants may take photos and film for personal use only.
2. Commercial use of any photos or footage requires prior approval from the organizers.
MEDIA APPEARANCES
- Participants must obtain approval from the organizers before making any media appearances related to the tour.
CHANGE OF TERMS
- The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules and regulations at any time.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- These Rules and Regulations are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of the United States.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- These Rules and Regulations constitute the entire agreement between the organizers and participants and supersede any prior agreements.
CONFIDENTIALITY
- Participants must keep any incidents that occur during the tour confidential.
